I suspect that you haven't yet set up Focus Offsets in ACP.

Make sure you have filter names still set up correctly in MaxIm 5. Then you can run the script FocusOffsets.vbs--it runs for about 20 minutes to an hour depending on FocusMax settings and number of filters. (I've also found it's best to run the script when after the scope has cooled well and is roughly temperature equilibrated.)
