This entire run looks bad. As soon as FocusMax started it failed to plate solve to remember its starting position accurately:

Yep! Huge (10 degree) mount pointing error in Dec. Fix it with a sync:

At this point it's pointless for me to continue to analyze this log. THe mount is clearly malfunctioning. Maybe the Dec axis is completely stuck at +71-ish degrees.
