Hi there - had to set up a new PC and can't find the download links for Planner and the SkyX addon... are they available here? The general link just keeps asking me to register again..

What "general link"? If you are registering over and over, then you aren't getting the email with the actual download link. Check your email address. We have a system for preventing phony email addresses in the download request form. We at least want to know who is interested :-) :-)
