    Default Using AO in Scheduler

I just had my SBIG 6303 remounted after repairs and will be using it with ACP and ACPS for the first time. I have the AOX attached as well. I read what ACP said about getting AO to work there but could find nothing in the Scheduler docs, unless I missed it. Just wanted to confirm that Scheduler can handle the AOX and are there any special settings I need to make that work.

    thanks,

    Jim Morse

The Scheduler knows nothing about the specifics of the observatory, it just tells ACP to get images :-) The setup/installation for the AO is described in the ACP Help docs. Please save yourself some frustration and follow the process described therein to get the AO going. The main thing you need, and it is absolutely positively essential, is a properly scaled Field of View Indicator.

Thanks for for the advice. The guys at NMSkies have me all set up in regard the FOVI so I will run the process tonight or tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Jim
