Help with system crash

I'm hoping you can help me understand a problem I had with my setup last night.

The previous evening a very similar plan ran perfectly - dome opened and camera chilled, dusk flats, RGB image run and observatory shutdown all OK. Today - capturing some luminance frames on the same target - I woke up to find the shutter still open. ACP had stalled with the following error message:

The ACP log (attached) seems to indicate that the error occurred part way through an autofocus run, although the Focusmax log showed that the run itself had continued to completion. I've recently upgraded to FM4, and it has worked fine so far. When I closed the error message ACP exited.

Finally, when I restarted ACP to park the telescope and dome it completed those tasks OK, but then I got another error message:

I'd be grateful for any pointers you could give to help me track down the culprit(s).
