ACP Weather Plugin (32-bit) and the External Server

At the bottom of the ACP Weather Plugin that seems to launch with Scheduler, what is the "External Server?" Mine consistently says "NONE"

Sewing confusion again. This widget comes from the AAG Weather Server. Works fine, just not fully configured by me.
