Scheduler does not use ACP "live observing" plans, it has a database of requests that are used by ACP as it executes each request on command from the scheduler. There is no Plan file produced. ACP talks directly to the database as it runs the observations.
I'll watch this and jump in for basic issues. Sorry I missed this yesterday.

Brew (if I may),

the commenting issue is basically duplication of the same comment tacked onto the end of the line. Every time the plan is opened for an edit, an additional comment is tacked onto the end of the end of the line just after the previous comment or comments.

For example, if you start with:

"#INTERVAL 1200 ;Number of seconds per exposure"

and then go into BrewPlanEdit again and make some changes elsewhere, you'd end up with:

"#INTERVAL 1200 ;Number of seconds per exposure ;Number of seconds per exposure"

As far as the #CHILL directive is concerned, yes I do have a cooled camera (FLI ML 16200).
