Telescope slew settling time is not working & guiding problems

I set the telescope slew settling time to 10s but the exposure starts immediately after the slew complete message.

01:53:41 (wait for slew to complete)
01:53:45 (slew complete)
01:53:45 (taking 10 sec. exposure, Luminance filter, binning = 4)
01:53:45 (using Raw readout mode)
01:53:46 (starting exposure)
01:53:57 (exposure complete)
01:54:01 (exposure complete and image downloaded)
01:54:02 Image finished
01:54:02 Plate-solve pointing image.

I have the settling time set in the 'Preferences->Telescope->Slew Settle Time = 10 sec. Any ideas?
