The short answer is "not yet unless you have a compelling reason to do so (and I can't see any compelling reasons)".

ACP Expert and PinPoint are fully compatible with Windows 10, so (lack of) compatibility with our software is not driving my thoughts here.

Note that one of the big issues is hardware compatibility. You probably have some exotic hardware with exotic drivers. Why upgrade?

An inflammatory headline! You can adjust the privacy settings, but it is a multi-step an opt-out process. Just be aware of this.
