The Console output showing me the same error , and the APC is stopping at the same point.
Strange, isn't it?
Is it a solution that some IT guru over here can go into my regedit, and do a job, clean up something?

It is saying that it cannot convert a string that, in your profile, has the correct numeric format. There must be something that I don't know. You are certain that the Windows language settings have . as the decimal point, right?

If so, then I can get onto your system with you. It will need to be some time on Thursday or Friday, I will be out tomorrow. Let me know.

Hi Bob!
I am so happy to tell you that I found a solution!
In Region and Language I use Norwegian format, but in Additional settings I change the Decimal symbol from , to . and then the ACP Plan script run to its end.
It was great, so now I can start to fine tuning my setup.
