How do I know when to renew for support? (I have never received any communication requesting me to do so...)
We send out reminders every month, and you would have received your first in October 2016 (1 and 1/2 years ago) and your last one in March 2017. We send only 6 reminders then stop. The email we have for you is fou*******1@gmail.com. Is this correct?
