    Default Personal Expert License.

    Hello, Bob,

I have a small question. My friend wants to try ACP as observatory control system.

I created login for him and he tried connecting to my observatory. The connection was successful, but when he created a new scheduler plan he couldn't see its in Current Observing Projects. Is it problem with my license? I have Personal Expert.

Why did you post to the Non-Technical Pre-Sales section?

No that should be fine. You can give as many people as you want ACP accounts, and they can create and run Plans in the Scheduler. How did he create the scheduler Plan?

Any ways, by Astro-Imaging, Single Series and manually in Scheduler Browser. After creating and refreshing Scheduler Browser the projects disappear. But i can see these projects in my (i am administrator) Current Observing Projects as i created them.

This can be confusing. I'll probably need to log in and take a look with the desktop schedule browser etc. and also the web one. We are UTC-7 what would be a good time? It's OK if I need to be in the office early in the day here.

OK we got online and I found that this is a known problem (which I forgot!). If there is only one observer in the database, it acts like a single observer system and will put all requests under that user. I added a second user which "unlocked" the multi-observer mode. I will fix this.

SCHEDULER-1246 - Must add second user to allow ACP web users to be created in scheduler
