Default MaxIm Multi-Star: Is it worth an upgrade?

I still have version 5 of MaxIm and have been experimenting with Sequence Generator as well.

Looking at the new features list for V6, multi-star guiding is about the only thing of real interest to me and
would like to know if anyone has compared image FWHM taken with multi-star vs single star and
if it improved, how much and how reliably.

    Thanks!

I'm using multi-star guiding with MaxImDL v6. I can't say anything about the exact values, but FWHM noticeably better. Unfortunately, i found one issue with multi-stars guiding - doesn't work Dithering.

Yes, I noted the thread about the dithering. That would be a deal breaker as dithering is clearly critical. I assume that is a bug, however, so would eventually be fixed.
