Lloyd -- Yes there are separate sections for ACP, Scheduler, etc. and they are for customers with current support subscriptions. See screen shot below (Royal Flush theme). Monitor mode results in a Plan being automatically resubmitted after n days. Only weather-interrupted plans are (optionally) resubmitted, apart from Monitor Mode.
