I have v5 and want to try v6 for compatibility. When I run the installer, it asks if I want to buy a license, which I do not want to do yet. If I select no, nothing further happens.

There are no trials for upgrades, just for new installs. I hope you can understand the issues with this... I'll be glad to answer questions. Here is the announcement for V6. We will also refund your money if you don't think the $69 upgrade is worth it, within the first 30 days. Just call or write and we'll do it no questions asked.

No problem. I misunderstood about the trial. Can I install 6 and still keep 5? Will there be a conflict between the two?
Larry
No, V6 replaces the V5 engine, but you won't be able to install V6 (and kill your installation) unless you have a current license (in which case you will not kill your installation :-)). Again I will answer questions. Call 480 396 9700.

Bob, I tried to purchase an upgrade license but when I get a dialog box that says "Your Pinpoint free upgrades have expired. Would you like to purchase a year's free upgrades and support now?" When I click yes, I get a message on a webpage tab that says "Unable to fine dc-3-store.stores.

Bob, when I want to read the above link "Here is the announcement for V6" I get the following message:
Franz M. Pucher, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
- Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
- If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
How can I read this announcement about PinPoint 6.0
Franz
Oops, I put it into the premium section for PinPoint. I have just moved it to the public section for our products. Sorry and thanks for pointing that out!!

Thank you.
If I want to upgrade I have the same problem as Larry "Unable to find dc-3-store.stores."
