Default Can not start ACP Scheduler

    Hello,
I am Rui living in Portugal.

I have a problem when I try to start the software ACP Scheduler in the operating system Windows 7 32bit.

I can't help you at present. There is not nearly enough information. What version of Scheduler is this? What Version of ACP is installed? Do you have the ASCOM Platform 6 installed? Have you ever been able to run the Scheduler? Or is this right after first installing it?

No one else has seen this as far as I know because it is a "deep problem" error from the WIndows OS. Something is really wrong. Perhaps you can run the Scheduler installer for Repair (do not uninstall/reinstall please).

    Bob,

I'm using ASCOM6, Scheduler3.5.3b with ACP 7, both are trial version.
I can not start the Scheduler after an install and I tried to repair the installation but without success.
Now I remembered to run the application in administrator mode and it seems to work well. Is this normal?

OK, good work on the software installed!

The installation should have set things so that Scheduler does not need Administrator. I'm glad you found out that Admin "solves" the problem though. Now what happens if you turn off administrator mode, or did you just run it once with right click run as... administrator?
