I had a Hard drive failure and had to rebuild my system. Everything installed correctly and all the components are up and running. I cant run any plans that I create using ACP Planner 4.2.6. here is the log file.

I can run scripts that are in ACP such as "find focal length" or "test Pointing". This is on a Win 7 64 bit system. I had ACP 7 running fine on the old system but I had ACP 6 on it, and did the ACP 7 upgrade. It looks like a Windows 7 permissions or security issue (My UAC is off) but I don't know where to go from here.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
