ACP Horizon Editor - 2013 Version out..

Hi all,

attached you will find he latest Version of the ACP Horizon Editor.
With V7 of ACP it is possible that the Program could face problems i did not foresee.

With the new Version i improved the error-handling and added the options to load/save Horizon-files from TheSky X.
Additionally i added an option to keep the main window on top or set it to the background.

This time i wrote an installer so that the needed Components will be registered without the need for intervening manually.

The Software will work with Windows XP, Win7 and Win8 32 or 64 bit.

You may have problems reading the helpfile AHE.chm, because this file is blocked by default (you see 'Page not displayed' or 'Navigation to the web page was cancelled' when you try to open the file).
In this case you just need to unblock to view

1. Right click the file and select 'Properties'
2. Click Unblock
