    Default Installing Scheduler

I get error message 2738 when installing scheduler on windows 7 / 64 bit. I get similar error message if I instal from disc or down load from ACP site.

This indicates that some anti-virus or other security program on your system has locked out using the scripting features of the Windows OS. The installer for Scheduler depends on several Windows scripts to complete its initialization. Can you turn off your AV or see if it has a feature that locks out scripting and turn that off. ACP and Scheduler both depend on Windows scripting anyway. Or maybe it is applying that security only to things downloaded from the internet (like the Scheduler installer)? Anyway maybe one of the above guesses will help.

The serials are not the same. I can't find your Scheduler license. Do you have an order number or maybe a date?
