Updated version of ACP Log Analyzer with support for ACP 7

Hi everyone

First, a very Happy New Year to you all!

With ACP 7 on the horizon, I've spent some time updating ACP Log Analyzer.
Specifically, I've added some graphing and reporting options for the new ACP 7 all-sky plate solve feature.

Many thanks to Jim McMillan for his help with the new features and how they affect log analyzer's parsing logic.

Hi guys,

Just a plug for this great piece of software. I use ACP Analyzer to analyze my logs after EVERY run. It only takes a second to pinpoint (pun intended) how the night's run went. I find the graphs particularly useful for this - pointing out any data outliers.

Russ has done a fantastic job with this. If you're not using this regularly, you're missing something really good.

Actually that's probably a good idea (to move the thread) - the new release of log analyzer works just fine with both ACP 6 and 7.

You have made sourcecode for 1.29 availible on codeplex. Can you upgrade it for 1.32 or can i get it another way?

I would like to have it to imrove functionallity fpr ACP scheduler.

Russel/Rob. The program is great but I am having some difficulty with getting it to work with ACP Scheduler, which I use for nearly all of my observing. I think it's because the Scheduler log files do not include the text "Starting target"... So Log Analyzer does not go on to pull out the required info, such as FWHM etc. Can you think of a way around this?

I just installed SkyAnalyzer. It looks like a great application. It's working great on my older ACP logs: version 7.0, and before I used Scheduler. However when I load newer logs: version 7.2 and shot while Scheduler is in control, the program doesn't work. When I click on generate report, the summary fields are blank and the report doesn't generate. Also, all of the graphs are blank.


Is there a way for me to fix this? This might be the same problem posted by Kevin Hills on July 11, 2014.

I just tried out v 1.29 from CodePlex (the only place I could find it). Awesome stuff! Where can one get v 1.32?
