Hello All,
I am wondering if there is a work around or a way to disable the "Skip Sync" when plate solving above 70 deg?
Thanks!

Are you sure? Syncing that close tot he pole is risky. Can you include a quick 30 sec or so exposure of some random place in the sky further south, maybe at the beginning of the night to get the scope synced to the sky? If that's not possible, then look for this code in AcquireSupport.wsc (under program files, ACP)
and put apostrophes (single quotes) at the beginning of the last 4 lines (comment them out per VB Script).Code:' ' If too high declination, and not running the pointing corrector, skip the Sync ' If Not Util.PointingCorrectionEnabled And Abs(Declination) > 70.0 Then Util.Console.PrintLine "**HIGH DECLINATION (>70), SYNC SKIPPED!" Exit Sub End If

That works for me, thanks Bob! (its a highly specific problem)
