Great Support from Bob

I had a unique issue because of the high horizons on my site and had a problem with one of the ACP scripts. Bob opened a remote assistance session and modified my script for my conditions and also changed some Windows settings to accomodate things. Bob did all this within an hour and I was very impressed with his ability to zero in on the problem so quickly and make changes to fix it.

I bought ACP a couple of years ago because people said "it just works" and I renew my subscription every year because Bob has first class support. Thanks Bob!
