Pinpoint/MaximDL error

Hello,

I have download the trial version of pinpoint to us this together with MaximDL and CCDCommander.

Togehter with MaximDL it works fine, but when i use the plate solve command from CCDCommander i get an arror with code nr. -2147220463

this is an extract of the log file of CCDCommander:

00:25:10 Performing Plate Solve with PinPoint...
00:25:11 Plate Solve Error Number: -2147220463
00:25:11
00:25:11 Plate Solve Failed.

I have tried several settings (1x1, 2x2 binning and the amount of stars and magnitude...) but it doesn't work, i get still the same error
can you help me with this errorcode ? i can't find what this really means.

You will have to ask the author of CCD Commander. PinPoint is "hosted" by the application that uses it, and that app is responsible for using it and also responding to its errors. Matt should be able to help...

I got a couple times that error when using focusmax and pinpoint and was LOCALE related, meaning the decimal point must be a point not a coma.
