Default Autoflat problem of my own

    Jim (McMillan),

I've got a problem with my autoflats, too. And I know that I had this problem years ago, but I can't quite remember the way out of this paper bag.

I took lots of flats/darks/bias images the other night - it's been eight months since I did this last, loaded them into MaxIm with SetCalibration, and did the usual combining (click on Auto-Generate (Clear Old), followed by Replace w/Masters.

When I calibrate a raw image ("Raw"), the image gets almost completely black ("Cal"). This is some kind of scaling issue, but I just can't recall where the solution lies. Can you help me? The Raw exposure is about 50 seconds; the "dark" calibration frames are 600 seconds. There are 6 each darks in bins 1, 2 and 3.

    Thanks,
