Hello.
I have a little problem with ACP that I can't solve, regarding the maximum exposure interval for guiding with AO-8 and Sbig ST8 CCD
Due to the big periodic error of my mount, I need the Track Time of AO-8 to be less than 2 seconds, otherwise I get an image with the stars trailed.
I set the guiding preferences this way:
Max. unguided exposure interval: 30 sec
Initial exposure interval: 3 sec
Minimum exposure interval: 0.05 sec
Maximum exposure interval: 2 sec
Maximum error during startup: 2 pixels
Minimum guide star signal to noise: 2.5
Guider cycle time: 1 sec.

The problem is that always and no matter the SNR of the guiding star, ACP will set the track time to 5 seconds, even in cases that 0.3 seconds were enough to get the AO-8 to track correctly on the guide star.

Unfortunatly, I can't figure out what I am doing wrong, so if I could get some advice about this it would be greatly apreciated.

Greetings!

Carlos.
