Default Planner Doesn't Appear in Starry Night Pro +

Most likely I installed ACP Planner 4.2 before Starry Night Pro+ 6.4.3 so it doesn't seem that Planner is aware of SNP. I did a repair thinking that maybe it would register the needed files for SNP but nothing seems to have changed. I did download and copy over the plug-in and that shows up fine now. Right clicking on a target in SNP doesn't offer any option to save to plan even though I have the time set ahead. Any ideas would be great. I know it's something on my part and I've read through a couple of what seem to be related threads but I didn't see the answer I need. Guess I'm a special needs guy today!

    Thanks,
    Steve

I'll have to get onto your system as I can't imagine what the problem is. My guess is that they changed the folder hierarchy and names again (!!) so the installer doesn't know where to look. I'm glad you found the plugin.

If you'll call Wednesday I'll try to figure it out. Tomorrow is already hosed :-)

Wednesday will work. Tomorrow's busy with a class I have to take for my total knee replacement that's being done in two weeks and then a rescue squad training session later in the afternoon and evening. Thanks for the great support as usual!

What? You're having your knee replaced during the day then going to rescue squad training that night? Now that's amazing.

Call Wednesday and we'll look at this issue.

No, I wish! Required to take a 3 hour informative class about what will happen, before, during, and after the procedure. There's a 2-3 night stay afterward and then the real work happens getting flexibility and muscle back in shape.

Ah, OK. The good news is that I know a few people who have gotten knee replacements and they are working great. One of those folks is back on the County Sheriff's SWAT team.

Oh, sorry. I went to a benefit BBQ for the family of the deputy sheriff who was killed in action here a few days ago. I just found out about it last night. I will be gone Friday as the funeral is then. I'll call tomorrow.

Issue seems to be resolved. Instead of doing another "repair" of Planner I un-installed and re-installed again. Whatever was the issue is now resolved and SN shows option to add object to plan.

Oh good! Thanks for letting me know. I normally recommend against uninstall/reinstall but in this case you did it and it worked!
