I used 1.31 for the first time and get exactly the same as you do with Scheduler logs. Sure hope there is a solution because this is one hot tool for system analysis.
I, for one, among others I am certain, would be most happy to help out with the code; is it not clear to me how if the source zip at CodePlex is the latest, or that patches need to be downloaded separately (Oct 1st 2012 is last update).
