CD-ROM broken

Hi,

Customer number is 2425. I have problem to install pinpoint to my new computer. Seems, cd is broken and install fails. Any help?

Do you want a new CD? Or by "broken" is there an error or problem with installation? Is the CD itself really broken ? If you have a problem installing PinPoint, can you describe it in more detail ... error messages, and so forth...

Thanks for a reply. It is not physically broken. Problem is, that it not start any install from autorun page (install pinpoint) I tried to make a copy of cd to hard drive to run it from there, but it stuck in ngc catalog and say, that cannot read different .gz files.

Seems cd has got some scratches or smthng.
