    Default Can't change filter settings

    Hi,

I am trying to change the "Available Filters" field, but it is greyed out and it won't let me change the settings. The "Get From Maxim" button is also greyed out. How can I change my Available Filters settings?

    Thanks,

    Bernard

    Hi Bernard

It's possible that you've already defined one or more presets that depend on the filter names.
If so, Planner won't let you change the filter names.

You can check by hovering the mouse over the filter list - see the attached screenshot.
Also make sure you've got the 'Multiple Filters' checkbox checked.

If you want, you can delete the existing presets (right-click on the presets in the list and select Delete),
at that point you'll be able to click the Get From MaxIm button.

Thank you Russ, particularly for posting the screen shot. Brilliant!
