Problem registering Scheduler

Dear Danny, following Stephanie suggestion, I repost here a mail I sent her. I recently bought a ACP expert package. I tried to enter this licence number I received into the scheduler and I get an error message: "License date is incorrect, try again or click cancel". What should i do? My scheduler was installed few days ago and is running in trial now. Scheduler version is 3.2.2

The license number for Scheduler is separate from the one for ACP. Are you reading the Scheduler license? I show that it starts with 'rH'. If that's correct, then it's probably the date format. Try 04/02/2012 or Italian 04-Febbr-2012 maybe??? WHatever format you would use in a spread sheet.

Hi Bob, yes, I am reading the scheduler licence number. It doesn't start with rH, even if this letters are at the beginninh of the last block. Furthermore the date format in the licence entry menu cannot be changed, in my case it is 03-Feb-2012. I tried with 02 and 04 with no success either. I can send you my licence mal in case you need.

OK, you are using the license issued by the Software Store, a day before the one we issued when we processed you into our customer database. I will send you the second one again, to your gmail account.

I just tested it and it's working. See attached images.
