Re-upping ACP and Sched

Hi y'all
Just got ur emails about renewing my licenses. The ACP i understand - $206.50

I'm a bit puzzled about Scheduler. There is only me using my observatory. The email says my re-up is for Multi Observer and the cost is $700.00 a 30% discount over the $1000.00 list price. If it is just me, do I need the Multi Observer license? Or will I loose some functionality? Also, the Multi Observer license seems to be $895.00 not $1000.00.

Looking at the upgrade page I see a re-up 0f $175.00 for Sched Single user and $319 for Multi observer. So now i'm really confused :-)
