ACP License Upgrade from Pinpoint Question

Hi,

I am looking at purchasing a BASIC ACP license.
I already have pinpoint 5.1 and have purchased a license in Dec 2009, the license expired recently in Dec 2010 (License Only for Pinpoint).

Can I still take up the option in your on-line store to upgrade my Pinpoint License only to ACP Basic (ACP-PPL-UB) for $570, or do I need to renew my pinpoint?
