Plan not same after import

I have noted that if you create a plan in planner, save it, then import the plan back into planner, it does not appear the same. It appears to be equivalent but it seems odd that planner does not display the plan the same way it created it. I assume the result is the same but why does it look this way? On the left, plan as it was created, on the right, after it was imported back into planner. Nothing was done but create the plan, save it, close planner, reopen planner, and import the just saved plan.
