On the topic of deleting the "webhit.wav" file, I having the same issue as well. If i delete the WebHit.wav file, the sound is replace by the windows default "ding.wav" sound. I'm using windows 7 service pack 1 and ACP 7. The only way that I've been able to eliminate the sound is by replacing the webhit.wav file with a recorded wave file with no sound as Michael did. (FYI: the sound is only heard on the local PC where ACP is running, not on the PC where the web browser instance is running). Bob, is is possible in future release/update to add some sort of checkbox in one of the ACP preference dialog that disable the play of the WebHit.wav file? Thanks

Yes, I didn't get to this in 7.2. It's on the list.
