I was trying a simple session to image M42. The guiding was good on the first 4, 600 sec light frames. However, on the 5th (and last image) APC chose a guide star with a close companion.

I thought that I had read that APC would be able to avoid this issue. I'd like to hear your comments or suggestions how to handle this problem in the future.
