How do I make my picture show on my messages ?

For me, I click the "Go Advanced" button when adding a message. Then, click the "attachment" button (which is the paper clip). From there, you'll get a menu that allows you to upload a file. I think that should get you going.

I tried that and that put an image in the body of the message.
What needed to do was set my avatar in order to get my picture next to my email address.

Sorry, I mis-read your original message. You said "my" picture. I answered "a" picture - thinking you wanted to post an image of a celestial object! Oops!

It worked anyway: I moused your image and then relaized it said avatar. that helped me figure it out.
