Hello,

I am observing frequently problems with synching my Meade LX200GPS with ACP.

Basic problem: after synching to a RA/DE position ACP is first displaying the correct RA/DE position (which has been entered for sync) ... BUT after a few seconds the ACP RA display jumps to a lower RA by a few arcminutes (up to 10 and more). WHY DOES THIS HAPPEN? It seems to ADD UP more and more deviation in RA after a few nights (with just switching off tracking - NO parking!).

Script problem: if I am running a script for automatic image aquisition this seems to cause unmotivated slews even when I am staying on one target. Often this slew can hardly be compensated by the "re-slew to target" procedure after plate solving.

My software setup is: ASCOM 5.0, ACP 5.1, Meade Ascom driver 5.0, Meade Autostar II with firmware 4.2g.

Best regards,
Dieter
