How much error is introduced whenever you re-collimate? I assume you need to check orthagonality after doing this as well?
Once you get collimation close, I'd guess readjusting only adds 1 or 2 arcmin of error - well within ACP's ability to deal with. So, once I get orthogonality close, I don't bother with it any more.

Also, I've "fixed" the primary mirror of my LX200 via set screws and focus via an external focuser. So, my collimation is pretty well "fixed" as well - one of the advantages of doing what I did.
