    Default Ngc 2683

    A rare clear night for me in the winter. Transparency wasn't all that good, but the seeing was a little better than normal. It may be a while before I get the color data so I thought I'd post the luminance.

    L = 35 x 10 min

    The star spikes are added with software.

    Nice detail, Jim. Hope we get to see the color version later.

    I can also see clearly at least 3 other galaxies, can only identify one.
