Unable to install PinPoint in Win7

When I try to install PinPoint 5.0 in Windows 7, I get an installer error 2869 and the installation is rolled back. Is there a fix for this issue? So far, PinPoint is the only application to not install in Windows 7.

Is this Windows 7 32-bit or 64-bit?

It is 32 bit. Poking around, I found a newer file for pinpoint and that file installed fine. I was trying to use the version of the cd that I had received when I purchased pinpoint a year or two ago. Problems solved. Fires out. Thanks for replying.

I still don't show a license for you. Can you email me with the Customer Access number on your license? I'd like to ID you and make sure you get our periodic mailings. If you are a registered customer you'll also be notified of updates and where to get them, etc.
