asp page for some observatory control

All,

Cobbled up a asp page that should allow some control of the system after logging in. The purpose of this was to allow the starting of some support software without having to use RAdmin. This page requires a login/password and it works fine under a test server running Unix/Apache. But the login.asp page doesn't load and generates an internal server error. Since this isn't a conventional web server I am a little lost (OK maybe a lot lost) and can't fathom why. The path is correct and I tested this by creating a web page that does display correctly.

Can anyone suggest any way to actually get this to run under ACP's web server ?
