This script may be just what you're looking for. In its present form it will slew the telescope to the zenith and stop tracking. I use it at the beginning of the night so that I can do a preliminary autofocus.
If you duplicate the file, and call it something like SlewToFlat, then you'll have two scripts for two different purposes.
1) Open the copy using Notepad.
2) Down about two-thirds of the way, you'll see two lines that say:

CT.Azimuth = 90.0
CT.Elevation = 89.9
Change the az/el to the values that point to your flat light box. In the "PrintLine" statement a few lines below, change "zenith" to "flat light box" (whatever).
3) Save the new file in the .../ACP Obs Control/Scripts folder. Put the "SlewToZenith" one there, too.
To run this script, use the ACP Control Panel, find and select the script and press Run.
