    Default NGC4631 in Color

    All,

Gathered some data over the past two New Moon cycles from a remote location with very dark skies. This was the first time I've used ACP from this location and it was completely successful.

    NGC4631 7x600s LRGB with 253mm RCOS @ f/9 with ST-10XME

    http://www.celestial-images.com/Imag...600s-LRGB.html

    .62 arc sec/pixel - 2276 mm of focal length.

using the PIR, ACP put the guidestar on the chip *every* time and except for some minor configuration problems on my part the guiding went very well.

Kudo's Bob ! .... This was, and is, great fun.

    Comments welcomed.

    Regards

    Bill

I'm really happy to see you sailing along doing what you wanted to do with your observatory and processing skills! I guess the doves finished raising their young!!! Our second set of baby doves fledged Wednesday morning, and I've seen the fledgelings around yesterday and today...

    Good work!!
