Default IC 405 SHO as RGB

The above name says it all. A grand total of 52,5 hours of these 3 line emission filters.

    Hope you enjoy.

    Hi Jose,

I'm always impressed with 50+ hrs. of exposure - obviously done over many nights - and still have very nice star shapes after stacking probably some 300+ individual images. That's quite a project - with great results. From a practical standpoint, without ACP, I don't know how one would do it!

    Regards,

    Jim

    Hi Jim,

as a matter of fact, without ACP it would be nearly impossible to do it and it sure would've meant many sleepless nights. I did it all sound asleep as usual and only interacted during stacking and processing of the frames. I have quite a lot of objects I'm doing with this kind of exposures which ACP enables me to do.

The only problem I have nowadays is to have the time to process them all

    Thank you for your comment.

If only we didn't have to use real native intelligence and experience to do the processing, you might also be able to sleep while "Photoshop Control Program" does the stacking and combining! You could always give up your day job, you know .

    A beautiful piece of work.

Eheheh... thank you Dick. Believe it or not I do have some macros from MaximDL and then to Photoshop to do all that even for RGB imaging to get a first look at what the image is going to be. Of course after that we do (still) need to do it on a step by step kind of thing.

Whenever the clouds uncover (today or tomorrow) I'll try to wrap up a bunch o other objects I have been working on for some time adn I'll post them here.

    Thanks once again.

Thanks for that image, and I'm looking forward to more.
