We had a bunch of trouble with our VoIP phones starting in September, with a lot of back and forth with our trunking provider Nextiva, ending in them doing something that cut off our 3CX Phone Switch completely 4 weeks ago. We run that switch on Google Cloud, managing it ourselves. After wrestling with Nextiva's 2-tier tech support I decided, after 9 years, to dump them. We're back in business now and our new provider Cobalt IT is just great. I talk right to the guys who run the servers, their rates are competitive, and their support is wonderful.
