Default Windows 10 End Of Life

I got a message yesterday that Windows 10 will be end-of-life'ed next year. I'm trying to figure out if I should build a new Win 11 box and just rebuilt our entire system from scratch on it, or attempt to upgrade our Windows 10 production computer to Windows 11.

Has anyone that's using ACP successfully upgraded from Win 10 to 11, and can you share your experience? We use our system on a nightly basis and I want to eliminate/reduce any down time in doing this upgrade.

    Thanks!

    Russ

PS We operate a CDK20 on an L500 mount, all using PWI4.

My personal opinion (only): Stay on Windows 10 and continue to run the observatory. I am still receiving security updates for my "long abandoned" Windows 7 system (I still test on that too).

News on the plans is still inconsistent, but the latest suggests that individual Win 10 users will be able to extend Windows 10 security support for 1-3 years beyond End of Life, at a cost of $30-60/year.
