Thanks Bob, I was about to write this up but you beat me to it. The system Search file had mysteriously grown from a normal 5 GB to 195 GB! Yikes. MS has a tool that deletes this file and rebuilds the search index to a more normal size. It took less than an hour to complete. Now I have 180 GB left for swap files and the like.

Now to the next problem. Scheduler is not picking up the ImageFileConfig.txt file and instead is writing to the default location with the default file / folder structure. ImageFileConfig.txt looks fine and in the correct location. How do I get Scheduler to pick this up so it writes in the correct format to the correct location? A check of the log files shows the change = Image to...... is now the default rather than Image to ... before the crash to the correct location. Here is the file contents:

E:Observer\$OBSNAME\$IMGFILT\$OBSNAME_Obstech-CDK17-SBIG11002-AOX_BIN$IMGBIN-PA$OBSPA-$INTERVALs-$DATEUTC@$TIMEUTC-$IMGFILT;

Please advise.

John
