New Power Switch - How to set IP

It's been a while with the weather and smoke this spring/summer but trying to run Scheduler tonight gave me what you see in the attached screen capture. The only thing I can think of is I had turned off OneDeive as it seemed to be interfering with my system. Personally I have little use for it and have plenty of HD space. At this point it's a mess. Any advice would be helpful. Do I need to reinstall Scheduler or some other action?
