    Default Problems with renewal

    Hi Guys,
When I get to the last stage of trying to renew (confirmation) jumps back to payment with the message:

    • This transaction cannot be processed.

No other indication of what the problem could be.
    Credit card (Master) all correct
    Suggestions?

Hi Dale -- Thanks very much for wanting to renew :-) :-)

I'm going to need Stephanie to troubleshoot this. Our digital commerce provider went through a big conversion back in April. They are still working out a few quirks. We'll check to see that they can provide service to So. Africa. Maybe a setting changed. But I'll guess that she'll contact you and simply send you one of her "instant pay" invoices. You will not need to sign up with any service to use it. They we can send you your new license.

    Hi Dale,

Bob was correct in his explanation. Our online store provider has not yet re-instated foreign transactions from certain countries. However, I can send you an invoice through PayPal (our merchant provider), and you will be able to pay by credit card or PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to do it. I will send the invoice in a few minutes, and it will either come from PayPal or from stevie@dc3.com.

    Stephanie
