James — With terrible weather you could always set the “Simulated Images” mode on ACP’s Preferences > General tab, then run (assuming your scope can move with the dome/roof closed). All of the pieces will still work and you can test during the day. If you’re using the Scheduler, you can turn on “Day/Night”, create a test project with Plans containing targets that are up during the day and have jobs sent to ACP by Scheduler. Turn off “rising plan delay” in the scheduler to avoid waiting for that process.

Just be sure to turn off simulated images before doing real observing…. I’ve made that mistake….
